Back to BEing is your weekly community meditation class, created for anybody who is ready to take a break from the fast-paced hustle through MEDITATION + MINDFULNESS.
Back to Being
Whether you are brand new to meditation or already have a self practice, all are welcome here. We will have weekly group video calls on Sunday evenings with guided breathing, guided meditations, some extra knowledge and fun practices.
Allow yourself to take a pause and invest this time in your well-being. The benefits of meditation show up in your daily life and in your unique way of being in this world.
When you are feeling well, it carries out into the world around you - in relationships, in your career and in your personal life. The final celebration consists of a high-vibe dance class paired with an intention-setting workshop to prepare ourselves for a bright new year (helloooo, winter solstice).
Coming back to being is a consistent practice and you don’t have to do it alone, especially now.
I am here to guide you into stillness, hold the space for reflection and share with you the fun knowledge/ skills I have learned.
Teaching is my JAM and I’m so excited for this. All you have to do is show up with an open mind and open heart.

Well-Being Warriors
By joining this intro to meditation series, you will have access to the online platform, Well-Being Warriors, which will house additional content like the Guided Light Meditations that you can do in your own time throughout the week. Future series will also be housed there! The next series will be centered around EMBODIMENT.
These are all fun and enriching practices that simply enhance what is already present and true in your daily life.
I deeply believe that the more people there are who are mindful in their own daily lives, the more peaceful and lighter our world can become. Join the MOVEMENT.
